He has been president of the (CIA FRONT—C) Council on Foreign Relations since July 2003, prior to which he was Director of Policy Planning for the United States Department of State and a close advisor to Secretary of State Colin Powell in the George W. Bush administration.

So, when his advisee, war criminal, Colin Powell went to the UN in 2003 and showed the assembly where Saddam’s WMD were, or the vial of whatever he held up that day, those were all the truth? No, the lies have been revealed and exposed over, and over again. Haass may not have been in the top tier of war criminals, but he certainly was in the next level and should also be prosecuted for war crimes and crimes against humanity.
