Regardless of how the monkeypox situation plays out, two companies are already cashing in. As concern over monkeypox has risen, so too have the shares of Emergent Biosolutions and SIGA Technologies. Both companies essentially have monopolies in the US market, and other markets as well, on smallpox vaccines and treatments. Their main smallpox-focused products are, conveniently, also used to protect against or treat monkeypox as well. As a result, the shares of Emergent Biosolutions climbed 12% on Thursday, while those of SIGA soared 17.1% Monkeypox Fears May Rescue Endangered Corporations
None other than the Grey Lady of Poisonous Propaganda (NY Times) has highlighted the crimes and dangerous malpractices of the biotech firm, Emergent in a 10 May 2022 article: Emergent Hid Evidence of Covid Vaccine Problems at Plant, Report Says.
From the report:
Confidential audits obtained by The Times last year showed that Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca — as well as the division of the Department of Health and Human Services that oversaw Emergent’s contract — all found deficiencies in the summer of 2020. That June, the month after the agreement with Warp Speed was signed, a top pandemic-preparedness official warned that relying on the Baltimore plant would present “key risks” and that the site would “have to be monitored closely,” The New York Times reported.
According to the Times’ report, Emergent was the largest Biodefense contractor in the U.S. Emergent received about 1/2 of the federal spending on bio”defense.” This spending was mostly on the stockpile of anthrax vaccines that have been proven to be ineffectual. The so-called Gulf War Syndrome affecting U.S. troops that were in the war criminal Bush the Elder’s first war on Iraq has been attributed to the mandatory schedule of vaccines the soldiers/marines needed to take before being deployed—anthrax vax being the most likely culprit.
This is from an August 2020 post from the ultra-conservative American Legion:
Some Gulf War veterans are suffering lingering consequences of the anthrax vaccine they received 30 years ago because they lack the genetic tools to deal with toxins in the inoculation, a University of Minnesota (UM) neuroscience research team says. These former servicemembers face increasingly serious health problems similar to those suffered by other veterans who have been diagnosed with Gulf War Illness (GWI). “They lack very specific genes that would enable them to manufacture antibodies against the anthrax antigens,” says Apostolos Georgopoulos, American Legion Chair of Brain Sciences at UM, research team leader and recipient of the Legion’s 2017 Distinguished Service Medal. “These antigens (toxins) stay in the lymph nodes for decades” and continue to make veterans sick.
Even though, I am sure the authors of the report in the Times and the American Legion are very pro-vax, these issues put everyone willing to get jabbed at high risk of death, injury, or permanent disability and it’s good to see people who only get their information from the captured media reading things like this.

Serious Problems in the Anthrax Vaccine Immunization Program
In 1998, the State Department established the worldwide voluntary anthrax immunization program based on a general assessment of chemical and biological threats to United States’ interests overseas. This assessment did not evaluate the relative risk of chemical and biological attacks on each potential target, identify the chemical and biological agents likely to be used, or assess the ability of states or terrorist groups to disperse the agents and cause mass casualties. As a result, the extent to which U.S. overseas missions were vulnerable to chemical and biological attacks was uncertain. Therefore, the basis for the State Department's worldwide anthrax vaccine immunization program is questionable. In addition, the State Department’s efforts to immunize its employees and their dependents were poorly implemented. Most of the vaccine was not used or was redistributed for use elsewhere and had to be destroyed upon its expiration date. None of the anthrax vaccine recipients in the pilot program received the full series of vaccinations. Adverse reactions could have been underreported because passive, rather than active procedures were used to monitor reactions. Because the vaccine was in short supply, the State Department suspended expansion of its vaccination program to other U.S. missions overseas. Some recommendations to the State Department in the event that the vaccination program is resumed are: to determine whether a voluntary vaccine immunization program is the most effective approach to protecting U.S. personnel overseas; and require that appropriate vaccine storage and redistribution mechanisms are in place before anthrax vaccine is shipped overseas. 2 tables, 17 notes, and 2 appendices.
Despite the murder of U.S. troops with its anthrax vax and all of its quality control issues, Emergent was given the federal contract to produce the Astra Zeneca and Johnson & Johnson covid vaccine: the two most troublesome jabs. Both of the questionable jabs have been pulled out of markets all over the world due to blood-clotting and other issues.
Now as phenomenal investigative journalist Whitney Webb points out in the clip I quoted above, instead of the assets, equipment, patents, and business of corrupt Emergent being seized for the people of the USA, this new monkeypox scare will give it the bonanza that Pfizer received in 2021. Pfizer has received almost 37 BILLION DOLLARS (yes, that’s dollars, not pesos) from the co-vax (that has countless and uncounted numbers of reported problems all around the world). Under the Trump Operation Warp Speed (TOWS) program, the US government funded the ‘research,” manufacturing, and purchase of the co-vax, and Pfizer was completely exempt from any liability. Again, if we lived in a better place, the profits would have accrued to the tax-payers, not the profiteers.
So, there are a couple of potential “pandemics” coming from the imaginations of the people who profit off of our fear (in all things, not just viruses): monkeypox and bird flu.
This from WHO on monkeypox:
The clinical presentation of monkeypox resembles that of smallpox, a related orthopoxvirus infection which was declared eradicated worldwide in 1980. Monkeypox is less contagious than smallpox and causes less severe illness.
As with any virus, bacteria, or pathogen, the severity of the illnesses are usually commensurate with the health of the infected person.
Recently, I made a post here where I said, “Don’t Panic” (the motto of hitchhikers in the galaxy) because I think these things are more of a threat to life than monkeypox (not an exhautive list, by any means):
-Out of control hyper-inflation
-The opioid/fentanyl crisis
-The pediatric mental health crisis
-The continuing degradation of our precious environment
-Skyrocketing prices for gasoline and other essential goods
-The pathetic condition of the Medical Industrial Complex (medical malpractice is the 2nd-3rd leading cause of death in the US)
-Manufactured shortages (i.e.; formula)
-And what’s the last, more important one? Oh, yeah, Sloppy Joe Biden’s demented plot to propel the planet to nuclear annihilation.
Is there a vax against killer politicians?
That may be one I would take.
Monkeypox likely isn’t much of a threat to the public, a White House official says
