Nobody in the below video I am posting is talking about the possible side effects of GLP-1 medications for weight-loss:

Also, this is a medication that cannot be stopped once started, unless the patient wants to gain all the weight, plus more, back. Here are the possible long-term side effects:
Long-term side effects may include gallbladder, kidney, or eye problems. Wegovy also comes with a boxed warning about the risk of thyroid cancer. If you experience severe side effects while taking Wegovy, a doctor may recommend that you stop taking it. They can discuss other treatment options for your condition.
I changed my diet profile about 17-months ago to drop all bad oils (vegetable and seed), all ultra-processed foods (I still drink coffee which doesn’t come right from the plant), and the big culprit: SUGAR! On one of my recent posts, someone asked about olive oil. The olive is a fruit and I think it and avocado (also a fruit) oil are probably okay for most people. But, do your research. Be responsible for your health.
I have lost over 60-lbs and most of my visceral adipose tissue and recently had blood work and other tests that were absolutely STELLAR. AND I didn’t take any weight-loss medication, or any medication, for that matter.
Anyway, the women of The Pooh argue circles around what RFK Jr says and obviously know nothing about what they Spew. To me, Whoopsi doesn’t look fit and healthy.

To me a person only can be shamed about something if they are ashamed of their behavior? If you are overweight and you enjoy your body and your life, then, absolutely, no one can make you feel bad about it. Sorry for making you watch The Pooh, but, this is a subject that I am massively interested in and I will be following RFK Jr’s tenure in the Trump regime.
