How to be as holistically healthy as possible in a sickly society

Yes, I am best known as a peace and social justice advocate and political analyst, but, I am most interested in health: healthy bodies and healthy communities. Why? Because, I feel frustrated with the amount of work, resources, and energy I have sacrificed to facilitate peace and social justice, but the collapse was too far advanced and far too metastasized to be cured, nor even slowed.
Even though the Empire and its many cohorts continue to pollute our air, water, and soil: healthy bodies and healthy communities are more in our control, And I want to do a more regular column on Health Matters.
Today, I want to talk about the clotshot and genocide in general as it relates to the 2024 elections and candidates.
Even though there are too many hot spots of violence around the world, today, I want to focus on two genocides: The one in Gaza and the clotshot genocide. I would argue, that while I am not minimizing the horrors that Israel is perpetrating against Palestine, specifically Gaza, I think the global clotshot genocide is by many magnitudes worse: Millions of people around the world, from babies to seniors, have been killed, or maimed for life by these experimental genetic crimes against humanity and not one person has been held accountable for this. Like military profiteers, pharmaceutical profiteers enjoy immunity from mass murder, while, we have the potential to get busted for any small thing, compared to genocide.
And always we had wars, and more wars, and still other wars - all over Europe, all over the world. There is a movement to move the war criminals in the Dem party to support a ceasefire, or arms embargo to apartheid Israel—which is NOT working, of course. Israel has a tight chokehold on all major party nominees.
The candidates who are in favor of the clotshot genocide AND the Gaza genocide are: Kamalamadingdong and the proud inventor of the clotshot: Donald sTrumpet. Both give mealy-mouthed, toothless demands about protecting civilians in Gaza, but, obviously, they don’t mean it.
There is one candidate who support the Gaza genocide, but, not the clotshot genocide and that’s Blobby Kennedy.
Two candidates support the clotshot genocide, but not the Gaza genocide and they are Cornel West and Dr. Jill Stein.
The bottomline for me is, if we don’t support genocide, then we don’t have any business participating in the already diseased POTUS electoral scam.

As much love as I can muster, I send to you Cindy and fellow readers. This is a proverbial trap set for the ignorant that our ruling class has fostered and cultivated for the entire existence of our nation. A duopoly (2 parties) from the beginning has ruled over us. A century to eliminate slavery, two centuries to eliminate jim crow, and 150 years just to allow women to participate in this "selection" process. Let your conscience be your guide this November and perhaps write-in a name. The republicrats are the most vile cancer to ever afflict humanity. They threaten WW3 in every corner of the globe, along with their two axis partners, NATO and Israel.
I'm writing in my dog. My dog was on the People's Convoy to DC and has also marched for Palestine. What is really sad is that, at a lot of the anti-genocide student encampments, they were requiring students to be jabbed, making it look like they were just going along with the crowd--rather than doing it because they were well-researched. This undercut their statement. I can't support either genocide. I had really wanted to support RFK but his position on Israel was over the top for me. Dennis is running for Congress. That's the only race that might be able to make a difference.
