Let We the People Hear the Recordings: Analyzing the Biden-Burisma Scandal
A Master-Class on Family Greed at the Expense of World Peace
The Biden family’s dealings with Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian energy firm, have dominated headlines in recent years, with allegations of corruption, nepotism, and blackmail. As the scandal unfolds, it has prompted questions and concerns about the role of powerful political figures and their families, as well as the complex web of deceit that can shape global affairs. In this post, I’ll try to share the key details of the Biden-Burisma saga, including the involvement of Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, and Brother Jim Biden, the allegations of bribes and extortion, and the impact on US-Ukraine relations and the larger political landscape.
To understand the Biden-Burisma scandal, it’s important to start with the basics. Burisma Holdings is a Ukrainian natural gas company that was founded in 2002. It has faced numerous accusations of corruption, and its former owner (and former Ukrainian politician), Mykola Zlochevsky, was investigated for money laundering and other crimes. In 2014, the Ukrainian government launched an anti-corruption probe into Burisma, and this is where the Bidens come in. That same year, Hunter Biden, Joe Biden’s son, was appointed to the board of Burisma.
The potentially disastrous consequences of this corruption:
The appointment of Hunter Biden to the Burisma board has been widely criticized as an example of nepotism and influence peddling on steroids. Hunter, who had no prior experience in the energy sector or in Ukraine, was paid up to $50k to $80k per month for his role at the company (that’s a lot of crack). Joe Biden, who was VPOTUS at the time, has also faced scrutiny for his involvement. In particular, his astonishingly corrupt role in pushing for the dismissal of a Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin who was investigating Burisma has been a focal point of controversy.
Not a “conspiracy theory.” Biden Boasts About Astonishing Corruption to the neo-Conservative Council on Foreign Relations:
But the scandal doesn’t end there. In October 2020, a laptop allegedly belonging to Hunter Biden was obtained by the New York Post. The laptop contained emails and other communications that suggested corrupt activities involving Burisma and the Bidens. In particular, one email appeared to show that a Burisma executive thanked Hunter for introducing him to his father, and another email indicated that Hunter pursued a deal with a Chinese energy company that would be “interesting” to the Bidens.
Let the People hear the recordings!
Perhaps the most shocking revelation of the Biden-Burisma scandal is the alleged blackmail and extortion that occurred. According to a New York Post report, the chairman of Burisma’s board, Mykola Zlochevsky, recorded conversations with Joe Biden and Hunter Biden in which they discussed their involvement with the company. Zlochevsky reportedly used the recordings to pressure the Bidens to help Ukraine in its conflict with Russia. The nature and extent of these pressures are still unclear, but they raise serious questions about the influence of foreign interests on American politics.
This Biden scandal is also an indictment of the FBI and its refusal to cooperate with Congressional committees on alleged crimes of Sloppy Joe and his family, but, then seems to manufacture reasons to indict and go after Trump. Not that Trump is ever an innocent bystander, but the double-standards of what passes for “justice” in this country are rotten from the bottom-up.
The implications of the Biden-Burisma scandal are far-reaching and complex. On the one hand, they point to the dangers of family ties and nepotism in politics, as well as the potential for corruption and self-serving behavior. On the other hand, they reveal the intricate connections and motivations that shape international relations. The scandal has also raised concerns about press freedom and censorship, as social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter faced criticism for limiting the spread of the New York Post’s reporting.
The Biden-Burisma scandal (just one of them) is a multi-faceted saga that has captivated the attention of people like us who care about truth and accountability, but largely ignored by legacy media outlets, except FoxNoise. While the details are still unfolding, it’s clear that the scandal touches on crucial issues of: a lack of ethics, arrogant governance, and Big Stick diplomacy. It’s also a reminder of the complex and interconnected nature of global politics, and the importance of accountability and transparency in public life. As political and social activists, we must remain vigilant, well-informed, and engaged in these debates, to ensure that our leaders are held to the highest standards of integrity and responsibility, or, at the very least, to make sure that THEY know that WE know.
It’s time to stop the Garbage People.

And ... just as this is coming to the forefront, the US charges Trump instead of Biden, and our "press" cooperates by making this the ubiquitous daily news "story" for .... as long as it takes. Could be a couple of years that this is all we hear about. Yet Biden has mountains of classified docs in his garage crowding his Corvette. You can't make this up, it's so over-the-top stupid.
BRAVO Cindy for a concise and lucid account of this ugly garbage people venality!
