Listen to Don DeBar and I discuss holding POTUS’s accountable for actual crimes:
War Crimes or Hush Money
So, a grand jury in Manhattan indicted former POTUS Donald Trump on charges that he had been cleared by the federal government. As they say, grand juries can indict a “ham sandwich,” but even pursuing it seemed to be out of the jurisdiction of a county D.A.
Almost 19-years ago, my son Casey was killed on 4 April 2004, in a U.S. military war of aggression in Iraq—a war clearly based on deception, lies, and the most egregious propaganda campaign until the coronavirus scam.
Democrat Alvin Bragg, the county D.A. that is pressing frivolous charges against Trump, may be setting a very AWESOME precedent regarding former POTUS’s. It just occurred to me that I had no idea who the D.A. is for my county: Solano. The wonderfully named Krishna Abrams is my D.A. and according to the newsrag here: The Vacaville Reporter, she is a “determined advocate” for “crime victims.” As a surviving victim of a man who was killed in a premeditated crime against humanity, this precedent that Bragg is setting, is very good news. I wonder if Krishna will take up the case of setting up a grand jury to indict (leading to prosecution and life imprisonment) for George Bush and Dick Cheney, and any living member of their blood-soaked regime? I mean, isn’t the murder of my oldest child worth a little justice, compared to allegedly bribing a porn star for consensual sex? Maybe, but I think MURDER IS WORSE.
Besides all the crimes against humanity perpetrated by EVERY living ex-POTUS, I’d like to add some other non-elected murderers to my list. These are my dream indictees and a good place to start, but once the justice starts to roll, the momentum will be amazing.
Bill Gates: For knowingly pushing destructive lockdown and vaccine mandates, after knowingly lying about the dangerous nature of Covid-19. A good friend of the sex-trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, this profiteer should be prosecuted and sentenced to the full-power of the law.
Anthony Falsie: Basically, the same felonies as Bill Gates, but, let us add the graft he’s gained from co-owning pHARMa patents. Next we can add all the bribes (NIAID grants) he pays $cienti$tS for complying with his agenda which “coincidntally) ensures his bank account will be pumped up—in his retirement. Come on, with the price of food and other essential goods, he needs the money (wait, that’s me, not Dr. Falsie). After we raid the Falsie Files, we can add MANY MORE people to our list who have pushed policies that made them wealthy while most of us became more unhealthy: see, J&J, Pfizer and Moderna, for example.
Jeff Bezos: For owning one of the nation’s most “influential” propaganda rags that daily pushes wars, lockdowns, and experimental drugs, on people as he sits back (perhaps, on his yacht that is too big to fit under some bridges,) and rakes in the scrilla, while his workers struggle on every other level.
War Profiteers: There is a war profiteer in almost every jurisdiction. If the basic barbarism of war will never be ended because of war propagandists, banks, and politicians, THEN IT SHOULD BE TREASON TO SO GENEROUSLY PROFIT OFF OF THE DEATH AND DESTRUCTION. Hangin’ is too good for them!
The list of war criminals and crooks against humanity is rapidly expanding, and must include Hillary Clinton, someone’s Memaw. Some may think she's a kindly old woman with cookies in her pocket to share, but this wicked witch has done some heinous things during her time in and out of public office. She was right up there with her “husband” (in name only), participating in supporting his wars, his racist policies, and free trade nightmares. After Clinton participated in the absolute destruction of Libya, she cackled after the execution of Qaddafi, “We came, we saw, he died.” I realize “cackle” and “wicked witch” are sexist traits to place on a woman, but if any woman deserves those appellations, it is she, and I make no apologies. Maybe Alvin Bragg will go after Clinton for erasing some Secretary of State emails and keeping classified material on private servers?
One of the only times I’ve ever agreed with this war criminal/liar, (Adam Schiff) I could not agree with him more! Let’s apply unprecedented indictments equally, and go after actual POTUS crimes!
It's clear that the way U.S. Presidents conduct business needs drastic changes if we ever hope to get justice for the crimes committed during their terms.
The long-term effects of these problematic presidents (and their shadowy overlords) have not been rectified yet, so let us all join together to raise our voices and demand justice from our government!
Let us all stop turning a blind eye to the damaging actions of past administrations and recognize wrongdoing where it occurred—then take necessary action to insure it doesn't happen again!
“You get an indictment” (pointing to Bill Clinton)
“You get an indictment” (pointing to George W. Bush)
“You get an indictment” (pointing to Barack Obama)
“We got an indictment waiting for you!” (pointing to Sloppy Joe)
Let me know who else you think should be on the list!

Trump should obviously ignore this absurd power play, and stay in Florida, where DeSantis has already said he would refuse to extradite. There is ample precedence for this; during Jim Garrison's investigation, several governors (including Ronald Reagan and ironically John Connally refused to extradite witnesses to Louisiana). But Trump's always terrible legal team is advising him to turn himself in to these corrupt authorities. He will listen to them. He's an actor, and part of this script. Btw, Bill Clinton paid Paula Jones over $800,000 in a settlement. No prosecution. If some D.A. had dared to charge him, there is no way he would have left his home state. Our legal system is a joke.
Can we go back and charge those who are no longer living, such as Madeleine Albright, "the death of 500,000 children from US imposed sanctions was a price worth paying to unseat Saddam Hussein" or Zbigniew Brzenski or the still living Henry Kissinger?
