The Biggest Threat to Democracy is Now Even More Democracy?
Democrats and Their Shills Want to Stifle Choice (As Usual)
The biggest threat to democracy is now even more democracy?
As most of you know, I think elections are a huge sham, fixed, compromised, and a waste of time and money. I am just sad that I was duped for so long and I went every time to “do my patriotic duty” by voting in elections whose results have already been pre-determined.
However, it seems like the Democrats and their shills in social and legacy media are super-nervous about the idea of giving the American people more options when it comes to voting. Instead of welcoming third-party candidates like Green Party Cornel West (and Democratic primary challenger RFK Jr, they are freaking out. But why are they so afraid of more democracy? Could it be that they are afraid of losing control? Or are they afraid of more people feeling like they are actually part of this country's version of democracy? Or are they afraid that their willingness to do NOTHING positive for voters and citizens is being exposed?
Below is a very ratio’d tweet that’s gotten a lot of ridicule on Tweeter:

Third party candidates like RFKJr, Cornel West, possibly Joe Manchin, are the biggest threat to our survival as a free people who govern ourselves

Entirely possible that a 2024 third-party candidate could, intentionally or not, tip this nation toward a fascist Presidential autocracy.
The reality is that more choices result in more people feeling part of the (un)democratic process. The idea that there are only two viable political parties in this country is not only statistically false, but it is also undemocratic. By discouraging, blocking, and using dirty tactics against third-party candidates, the Democrats are knowingly perpetuating a system that only benefits them, their bank accounts, and their corporate donors. They are the ones who are freaking out because they know that if more people feel like their voices are being heard, their power will be diminished and both political parties are terrified of the power of the people, not just the Democraps.
The Crypt-Keeper and Democrat Water-Boy James Carville Speaks Out Against 3rd Party Candidates.
Instead of working to suppress third-party candidates, the Democrats should be embracing them as a way to engage more people in the political process. Instead of fearing them, they should be welcoming them as an opportunity to build a more diverse and inclusive party. They should be required to debate alternative candidates based on ideas and policies instead of going on tantrums of character assassination. After all, isn't that what democracy should be all about? Giving people the freedom to choose who they want to lead them, or what public policies they would like to see implemented, instead of being mis-ruled by oligarchical war criminals?
But the Democrats are not interested in that. They are only interested in maintaining their talonlike-grip on power and the ill-gotten booty that comes with it. They will say that a vote for a third-party candidate is a wasted vote and that it only helps the Republicans. But this is simply not true. A vote for a third-party candidate is a vote for that specific candidate and a vote for a change in the rotten old guard. It is a way for people to make their voices heard and to show that they are not satisfied with the status quo.
(Ugh—sorry for the thumbnail of that old-asshole Joe Liebermann)
The truth is that the biggest threat to democracy is not more democracy, as the Democrats and their shills would have you believe. The biggest threat to democracy is the suppression of democracy and speech. By limiting choices and discouraging third-party candidates, the Democrats are not only perpetuating a system that benefits them and their corporate donors, but they are also alienating millions of voters. They are the ones who are freaking out, but the solution is simple. Embrace third-party candidates, give people more choices, and let democracy truly work for the people.
It’s easier for the Do-Nothing Dems to bash, demonize, and destroy people who really desire to do good things for this country and the world, than to actually develop and carry-out policies that help workers and their families thereby earning votes.
Vote-shaming is decidedly anti-democratic even in an age when democracy is merely a buzzword.
(Yes, I know we theoretically live in a Republic, you don’t have to tell me).
That’s what I think, what do you think?

When in doubt, the DNC and its ilk reflexively punch Left, portraying authentic Lefties as Trojan Horses for the Right Wing; which is ironic, since the DNC has gone openly authoritarian in its attempts to shield lifelong neo-con-jobber Biden from all criticism. Who knew that "Free Speech" would become a "conservative" issue? Gore Vidal once said that America has only one Party with two right wings (paraphrase), a characterization that has never been more accurate than it is today. My suggestion is that the DNC re-brand itself the Banana Republican Party...
Bernie sabotaged THE MOST likely 3rd party victory when he declined to Join Jill Stein and, instead endorsed the democrap cantidate...
