Analysis of Plasmid DNA in Pfizer and Moderna COVID Vaccines: Potential Long-Term Health Impacts and Transgenerational Effects
A plasmid is a small circular DNA molecule found in bacteria and some other microscopic organisms. Plasmids are physically separate from chromosomal DNA and replicate independently.
The COVID-19 pandemic has been the cause of much anxiety, frustration, and disruption worldwide. Some of us were made anxious by the agit-prop and some of us were made anxious by those who were made anxious by the agit-prop and fell obediently in line with fascist measures. As scientists raced to develop vaccines that could bring massive profits to the bank accounts of the Pfizer and Moderna, etc, execs. The excitement of these greedy criminals grew as “leaders” of governments, thought “leaders,” legacy media and other captured agencies and individuals when it was announced the Trump’s Operation Warp Speed toxic injections were ready to go into the bodies of eager recipients. There was even more joy when institutions/businesses/sports began to mandate the jabs with threats of loss of jobs if some were hesitant.
However, there have been recent concerns surrounding the presence of plasmid DNA in these vaccines, which may have implications for our long-term health and that of future generations. There have been recent studies that have examined the potential risks associated with plasmid DNA in Pfizer and Moderna COVID vaccines and explore the possibility of transgenerational effects.
Plasmid DNA is genetic material that can replicate independently of chromosomal DNA and is used extensively in genetic engineering to produce recombinant DNA. In the Pfizer and Moderna COVID vaccines, plasmid DNA is used to encode the spike protein found on the surface of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Once this plasmid DNA is injected into our bodies, our cells use it to create copies of the spike protein, which then trigger our immune system to produce antibodies to fight the virus.
However, there is concern that this plasmid DNA may persist in our bodies long after we receive the vaccine, potentially causing adverse effects.
Early in 2023, genomics scientist Kevin McKernan made an accidental discovery. While running an experiment in his Boston lab, McKernan used some vials of mRNA Pfizer and Moderna Covid vaccines as controls. He was ‘shocked’ to find that they were allegedly contaminated with tiny fragments of plasmid DNA.
McKernan, who has 25 years’ experience in his field, ran the experiment again, confirming that the vials contained up to, in his opinion, 18-70 times more DNA contamination than the legal limits allowed by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Another study showed that the plasmid DNA may also integrate into our chromosomal DNA, leading to genomic changes that could be passed on to our children. Although the chances of this happening are reported to be low, this is still an area of concern for many people. The potential long-term impact of the genomic changes is unknown, leading to fears that future generations may be at risk of inherited genetic mutations or diseases.
