Yes, we recognize that the POTUS is just the visible tip of an iceberg and most of the nasty business goes on under the water, but, the POTUS chooses to be the face of evil, so the POTUS deserves to be prosecuted fully for war crimes and crimes against humanity. (Same thing goes for Dr. Falsie, et al)
