I struggle with speaking up. I am often reminded of Horton Hears a Who. You know, where they are all going to die unless they can make enough noise to be heard. They yell "we're here! we're here!" and bang on things and blow horns, but it's not enough. The mayor runs around looking for anyone not making noise, and finds a child, and gets him to say "yawp!" I'm sure my "yawp" doesn't matter, but what if it does?
I like this poem when I am sad or tired of the world...perhaps you will too dearest Cindy....then I remember some sweet moment in my life with others and find some measure of peace. Much love, dear Cindy...https://vimeo.com/267476446
If I recall, you posted this one year ago and it is urgently necessary to repost every year on this date as a fitting and eloquent statement to honor and remember slain heroes whose deaths may not be in vain as We the People strive to build a truly peaceful world honoring The Golden Rule.
May The Creator bless Casey and You and MLK Jr. and all other deserving souls no longer with us.
Bless you, Cindy.
May Casey Rest In Peace.
Thank you. I think he is!

I've always been an extremist misfit.
I've been telling people for years that if all "Gold Star Mothers" had the courage that you have, we would actually have a chance for peace.....
R.I.P. Casey.
And thank you, Cindy, for being an extremist for peace. May we all do the same.
Much love to you Cindy from Brooklyn.
Thank you, Dave...nice to hear from Brooklyn!
Such a tough day for you, Cindy. You've been on my mind.
Mine was on March 26, the day my father, a SAC pilot, crashed and was killed.
Whoever says it will get easier with time doesn't know shit.
Much love.
Much love back
Sending hugs and love and continued sympathy. Thank you for all your courage, speaking, out all the time. You inspire.
They are a true inspiration and soul searching reminder to us that we represent peace and Justice. Thank you.
Much love and peace!

I was thinking of you all day on April 04. So very sorry for your loss. You always keep up the good fight. Peace and hugs.
thanks, xo
Thank you for your powerful acts bearing witness. Casey would doubtless be very proud of you! There was an action today in Sunnyvale that I think you’d appreciate. I’m grateful to see the next generation following your lead. https://shahidbuttar.substack.com/p/history-might-not-repeat-but-it-certainly
This month is a hard one for me too, my parents 50 anniversary 04/24/04.
I think of Casey every April for 20 years.
Love and peace forever, Cindyt
