Good for you, Cindy! I'm one too (and my husband) because we do all the things you mentioned in your post. There was no way in hell we were getting those experimental shots. Still can't believe so many suckers fell for the "safe and effective" B.S.
your story, Cindy, is very similar to my story. i used to have extremely severe allergic reactions to a lot of things from dogwood to cat hair to dust. often the symptoms resembled cold or flu. later i learned much of it has to do with my immune system, how strong it is at any point. and stress, physical and emotional, weakens your immune system. i've learned to understand and manage my body better without "professional" medical attention or chemical (pill) intakes, mostly through healthy diet -- i'm a lifetime vegetarian, by choice -- and gentle physical activities. allergies have been negligible for the last 15 years and covid19 didn't bother me at all so far.
My seasonal spring allergies have all but disappeared as well after I started to pay more attention to my body and gut microbiome. The list I gave to help strengthen immunity is about 1/3 of what I actually do every day. <3
i don't have many rules or a regimented routine but i use no chemical cleaning products in the house and no weed killing chemicals outside. i enjoy rather natural, but not ugly, yards. during the pandemic, i also learned daily direct sunlight on bare skin is essential for a strong immune system. one more thing: i have become a true believer of 5 minute basic yoga after it helped me and my spouse beat the onset of aging-related sciatica.
Well said, Cindy. I got with the I-mectin early, D3/K2-Zinc/Quercitin/C and having been booted from FB 3 years ago in August for anti-Nazi posts (WW II Nazis) illustrated! I KNOW!!!) my immune system was hot to trot, just like yours!
The evidence is in. News flash to whom it may concern: Your government is a corrupt and violently criminal piece of shit. Some of us have known this since the 1960s, others (all over the world) even earlier. All I can say about dat is deal with it accordingly. Resist. Resist the phxk out of it to the best of your creative ability. Scorn 'em, be a thorn in their side. Always. Be like Cindy!
You described me exactly. I live with my son and grandson. In the last 2 years they have both been sick but not me. I am a vegan and walk in the beautiful sun here in Florida on a daily basis. I am also the lowest weight I have ever been as an adult. I am 76 and in 12 days will be 77.
I am not saying that the mandates didn't leave me unscathed.
In my own family, we've had depression and other frightening mental health issues---including high anxiety levels. Two of my kids couldn't work and it was weeks before they got any $. My five grandchildren all suffered from the lengthy school closures. We are slowly recovering, but waiting for the other shoe to drop? Will it be nuclear warfare, or another plandemic? One day, sometimes, one hour, at a time.

I have lots of rules for my health, but I am not regimented. I listen to myself. I go to the pool many days to keep flexible

Yes, if I am going to kick the shit out of somebody, I want to stay calm.
