But now that I see it coming, I can be better prepared. Journaling works great for me, I ask my fear or my rage or my grief what they have to say, and let them rip in the notebook. That helps me so much because often I can watch myself regressing until the core trauma is visible. When I moved to Mexico I thought I left all that behind, big surprise!! No matter where you go, there you are!
The gummies help a lot lol. I never liked it in the past, made me feel weird, but in weird times it helps me see how the absurdity is the solution to wake people up or help them evolve to see reality.

The qi gong and walking helps me a lot with the exercise, because although I'm strong, I really dislike weights etc. Also, like you, yoga and meditation didn't help me.
I'm pretty active but I try and do High Intensity Exercises three times a day to get my heart rate up. It's five minutes each time and it releases nitric oxide into your arteries to keep them clear.
Vitamin B12 is found in meat and is good for mood and against depression, mung beans contain all the rest of the vitamin B's. Chickpea flour mixed with equal amount of water, tumeric, black pepper and salt, fried in olive oil to make chickpea pancakes are tasty and healthy. 😃

I actually moved to Canada because I was terrified by everything the ruling class was doing to the people of the United States. When the expensive nursing school I enrolled in (University of Alberta Edmonton) kicked me out, I decided I would really retire and live on my pension (I was 59).
I enrolled in an online enlightenment course, and after 3 1/2 weeks I experienced a spiritual awakening and dropped out (it was a 4-month course).
The course was all right, but what really helped me was being introduced to Lester Levenson, and his Sedona Method or Release Technique. It consists of two things: loving everyone, and facing and releasing one's fears, grief, anger, shame and trauma.
(Incidentally, it is a fact that aliens disabled all nuclear weapons in around 1990, and any environmental catastrophes can be very quickly cleaned up with available technologies. We the people also control the weather, as white-hats took control when Trump won the 2016 election.)

The "release your anger blah blah.." I did Primal Therapy with Art Janov...releasing one's rage leads eventually to pain and then to grief and then to healing and it is a constant...damage done to one does not disappear overnight...so sorry I can't see anything in the Sedona Method. I felt completely scammed.
