Incompetence, Malevolence, or, Horrible Accident?

There is a simple law of nature: two objects cannot occupy the same space at the same time without some kind of consequence/repercussion. Before I get started, I’d like to extend my sympathy to the families and other loved ones of the people who were killed in this disaster. I know how the randomness of two colliding objects can be devastating: My son Casey’s head and the bullet of an Iraqi insurgent occupied the same space at the exact same time with horrific consequences to Casey’s life and my broken heart. What if the bullet, or Casey’s head, were just inches apart, or if the Black Hawk was where it was supposed to be? “What ifs” can drive a person crazy, but, investigating and accountability may save future lives.
You don’t have to listen/agree with everything Benny Thompson says (I don’t, by a long shot), but there is some interesting footage in the first few moments of this video. Please remember that we have to be very careful in consuming internet information—nothing can be trusted.

Another story mired in confusion and bullshit.
It took a while to get the facts that existed immediately.
Either the ATC messed up (unlikely).
Or
The military copter disobeyed ATC commands.
No need for a black box to state the friggin obvious that the radar and ATC information tells the story.
This morning I read that the chopper was too high in altitude.
Why the heck did it take so long to admit this?
Because journalism is dead and these alternative pundits are equally dead.
