Easy, no cost/low cost ways to reject the Standard American Immune System
I know from personal experience, staying healthy in an unhealthy society is practically a full-time job, but, personally, I cannot think of anything else that is more important: physical and mental health are not mutually exclusive, and to handle the constant barrage of assaults to our immune systems, and to be strong for the struggle, we need to prioritize these strategies.
Orange Man Bad was joined on his campaign by Blobby Kennedy after the latter ended his Quixotic campaign, endorsed OMB and became the campaign’s health czar. I have been clear since the beginning, that I have supported Kennedy’s work with Children’s Health Defense and I mostly agree with his energy there. It’s so important because just yesterday, I heard that babies are being born with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). The leading indicators for this would be mothers who start the pregnancy obese, with type-2 diabetes and perhaps high triglycerides. In addition, approximately 5-10% of US children are diagnosed with this metabolic disease. The occurrences of pediatric NAFLD is now on par with asthma in this country. Why are so few looking at the S.A.D. diet? Besides pediatric NAFLD, it’s estimated that 25-30% of the population here in Junk Food Purgatory Land have NAFLD and it’s so serious that:
Can lead to serious liver damage, including cirrhosis, liver failure, and liver cancer
Other health risks
Associated with increased risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, and kidney disease.
If OMB is victorious today, can he and RFKJ reverse course in this metabolic nightmare? The good news is that the above is reversible without government intervention before permanent damage can be done.
In my opinion, the most important thing we need to do to improve our immune system, especially insulin resistance, and NAFLD, is to surgically remove from our lives, STAT, (today) any ultra processed foods, including seed and vegetable oils. The rise of the junk food and junk oils situation coincides (not coincidentally) with the alarming rise of obesity AND metabolic illness like leaky gut syndrome, NAFLD, and type 2 diabetes. These conditions are as preventable and curable as they are debilitating. Not only is it better for us collectively, we start to siphon off money from evil industries.
Stay Hydrated: Drinking plenty of water helps your body function optimally, including your immune system. I personally drink filtered water and I regularly add electrolytes (homemade: recipe here) to my water because even our organic food is not as nutrient dense as it needs to be, and our water is almost always suspicious.
Exercise Regularly: Moderate exercise, such as walking or cycling, can help boost your immune system by promoting good circulation. Personally, I am a walker, getting an average of about 15k steps/day. If you are unable to workout this much, then begin where you are and aim to increase your activity every day. Exercise not only promotes good circulation, it revs up our metabolism, and is better for us than taking a Xanax. The most important thing is to just MOVE.
Get Enough Sleep: Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night. Quality sleep is crucial for a healthy immune system.
Manage Stress: Chronic stress can weaken your immune system. Practice stress-reducing techniques like meditation, deep breathing, or yoga. My stress management it walking, plus, dancing with my two toddler grandbabies: Sweating to Ms. Rachel (if you know, you know). Stress is a part of daily life, so learning how to manage the small things, helps us when bigger life challenges occur, and they always occur!
Maintain Good Hygiene: Regular hand washing and maintaining good personal hygiene can prevent infections and support your immune system. STAY FAR AWAY FROM CHEMICAL HAND SANITIZERS! I will never forget the time in the middle of the Scamdemic when I saw a mother literally washing her toddlers hands, ARMS AND LEGS with the jug of chemical sanitizer kept at the checkout lane. Of course, they were both obediently masked up. I was so sad when I saw that. Poor baby. What do you think the chances are she will develop some kind of metabolic issue? What you put on your skin is equally important as what you put in your tummy. It’s about the absorption.
Spend Time Outdoors: Exposure to fresh air and sunlight helps your body produce vitamin D, which is supremely important for immune function. Aim to be away from concrete and car fumes as much as possible. Along with the rise of UFPs and seed oils, the demonization of our brother Sun has also fundamentally weakened our healthy outcomes.
Avoid Smoking and Limit Alcohol: Smoking and excessive alcohol consumption can weaken your immune system. Reducing or eliminating these can help improve your overall health. A lot of people say “moderation” is the key, but sometimes moderation is not the way to go. If you want to hasten the destruction of your immune system, then go ahead and drink and/or smoke.
Include Probiotics: Foods like yogurt, kefir, and other fermented foods can support gut health, which is closely linked to immune function. With all of the pesticides, gmos, and other carcinogens in even our so-called healthy food, supporting the flora and fauna in your gut is even more important!
Stay Connected: Social interactions and maintaining a support network can positively impact your immune system by reducing stress and promoting overall well-being
An honorable mention for supporting your immune system is to limit, or eliminate altogether, as much as possible depending on your own circumstances, pHARMaceuticals. Go to your allopathic “health” care provider with skepticism, if you must go. One thing RFKJ has said is that if OMB is elected, a priority will be to once again prohibit big pHARMa advertising. Just think if Pfizzle didn’t spend billions on advertising, would our “news” sources been so enthusiastic for the clotshot? Millions of immune systems were compromised, or destroyed and people are still getting their boaster shots.
If OMB wins, there will be a slight chance that things will improve slightly, but the powerful forces at places like Bayer/Monsanto, big pHARMa and big “food” are vicious and will fight like hell with their partners at the FDA, CDC, and NIH to keep us sick as hell. However, if Que Mala wins the FDA will still allow carcinogenic GRAS (Generally Regarded as Safe) ingredients in “food,” unlike most “civilized” nations. So, the solution is to take matters into our own hands.
These life-affirming strategies are not only cost-effective but also contribute to a healthier lifestyle overall.

Becoming a vegan almost 25 years ago was the best decision I ever made. I had been a vegetarian for 10 years but eliminating "dairy" products had a bigger impact on my health. I immediately lost weight and my congestion issues went away. Humans are the only animals who consume milk after infancy--and from another species! It's unnatural, unnecessary and extremely cruel...😟
I think you pretty much covered it and I agree. The only bad part which we cannot eliminate is the exploitve Capitalist Imperialist War Making System or the current arming of a deliberate genocide which has nothing to do about saving anyone. Trump is a walking ad for fast food/McDonald's and to eat healthily and feed ones family makes it prohibitive for many. Right now we have at least 640,000 homeless. Do they get a vote? 18 Vets a day committ suicide - others go nuts and kill their families as well as themselves. The powers that be want to keep us divided. OMB is not going to do anything to help us and KH might m a name a little economic boost
In regards to RKJr. - he has said he does not know if he will have the Health post or not. Meanwhile both Parties are bought off and agree on War and More War. SIGH
