Dang right we miss our Cindy Funnies, however YOUR HEALTH IS FIRST (so glad you're self-aware)!

On another note, I have learned (the hard way) that vitamin, mineral and herbal supplements and even superfoods need to be used with caution too. For instance, bananas and Lisinopril made my Dad's potassium levels dangerously high (of course I blame the pHARMa pill not the natural thing). And I recently found out that Turmeric supplements are phytoestrogens, so as an estrogen-receptor-positive breast cancer survivor, I should avoid them. Then other studies say that natural Turmeric spice prevents breast cancer in Asian women!!!(so I most likely got the cancer in the first place from something unnaturally manmade like the unorganic hormonal beef I was eating ravenously at the time... I know better now). Therefore I have started to research supplements as much as pHARMa, especially their interactions if any. Wouldn't it be nice if there were not so many manmade environmental causes of diseases, then the supplements and superfoods could just do their deficiency preventions as intended in the first place

Wishing you well and back on your fighting feet soon! So sorry to hear you had food poisoning. I had it when I was dating my spouse - back about 45 years ago. I ate a pork chop at a local restaurant. The next few days were a blur of vomit, fatigue, and sleep. I have been vegan since 1/1/15 but the food is, as you say, still crap, so supplements are a must!. Peace and hugs.
