This election is funny but in a horrifying way. Kamala and Trump are just about the most bizarre candidates imaginable. Biden and Hillary were terrible too, but this is going to extremes! The debate will be excruciating to watch but one of those things I just can't look away from....

I have felt the swift decline since Trump won the election from Hillary (and at that time I felt "this is what we are reduced to"? also). Everything - news, comedy, water cooler discussion - became Trump bashing ad nauseum.
I stopped reading MSM (had already stopped watching it), stopped watching Saturday Night Live, stopped discussing anything political.
People's minds were kidnapped.
The point is, I thought "this is what our country is reduced to? We can't even respect the OFFICE of the Presidency?"
Yeah, why do you think that they were advertising that the Kamala interview was going to be shady before it happened?
You would think that they would pretend like it was going to be real. Anyway, all interviews are scripted because it's all about access. They want the president or VP to come back to the show, so they always give them bullshit questions.
Another weird thing that reminds me that everything was planned.... The debate between Biden and Trump was purposely changed to a private debate. I was expecting them to deep fake or something to make Biden look good (with Trump in on it, as he's physically there).
Instead, we got Biden bumbling like a fool. Why did they need to do this in private then? It's almost like they're purposely dropping the ball here.
Final weird point, the Democrats had years to decide whether to retire Biden and put someone else in. They didn't even get rid of Kamala, who was one of the worst candidates in the Democrat primary. They could have replaced her before Biden went. Make up some story that she's got family issues or a medical issue etc. She would follow orders as a henchman of the DNC.
After all, this is the party that had smooth talking liars like Obama and Clinton. But this time around they didn't bring in another smooth talker?!?
