The Kennedys have always been rabidly anti-Castro and anti-communist. Who can blame them, that's how their daddy and granddaddy got super rich....

As far as diet, the average American is being poisoned daily and they seem to really enjoy it!

Hope you're feeling better every day.🥰

Thank you Cindy for sharing so much. Much was new to me. I wish you well with continued recovery.

I'm eliminating sugar and carbs from my diet too (long story) and it's not easy. E.G. I bought frozen organic blueberries to eat with myplain kefir but (stupid me) failed to check the sugar content. Who knew it would be so high. Whew. I had to throw out the package. Theprint on packages "info" is in general getting smaller and smaller as are expire dates. All deliberate of course, "tThey" don't want you to know.

If you haven't seen the Tucker Carlson Interview with Harmeet Dhillon, SF attorney and Cackle contemporary in SF you should set aside some time. I know Cackle is bad but who knew how criminal through and through. As is Calif politics as Dhillon describes in articulate detail (great memory) very well. Well worth your time. https://tuckercarlson.com/tucker-show-harmeet-dhillon?utm_campaign=20241011_oct11dailybriefsubs&utm_medium=email&utm_source=iterable&utm_content=harmeetdhillon

I'm hoping any upcoming "surprises" are not nuclear weapons?

Take care. Don't know how you keep on keeping on. Thank you again. I appreciate hearing all you have to say.

Hey Jean, thanks for your message.

Cutting sugar and other processed carbs was easy for me, probably because I was so traumatized by my weight and blood pressure. I miss bread more than I miss sweet things, though.

I have to take reading glasses to the store with me to read ingredients, but, if you can't read the ingredients because they letters are too small, it probably means there's too many chemicals and other toxins.

Stay strong and good luck. I will check out that interview you posted, thanks!

Bread was always my weakness too but I've given it all up. Very occasionally Ezekiel (but it's only sold frozen in my town) when I can stand it. I hear tales that people with terrible "gluten allergies" find that in France they no longer have such allergies? Wonder if it's because glyphosate is not used in France? Not much anyway. I think banker Macron is trying to destroy France so has brought it back? Take care.

I love your health related comments, they are very encouraging. Since the beginning of the year I’ve been eating mostly meat, some vegetables and salad, and try to eliminate anything with sugar or refined carbs. I’ve lost over 20 pounds and have a lot more energy- physically and emotionally.

I also appreciate your comments about Cuba. I was a freshman at Penn State and my friends and I thought we would never see our family again. We had a little protest on the main street. People spit on us and the State Police took photos of us.

I would like to feel better about RFK Jr, but he often disappoints. They all do. There are some half decent candidates running here in New Jersey, but they are all in for Israeli genocide. I don’t think I will vote at all.

Hope your eye keeps getting better.

Thanks for your comments!

Good luck with your health journey, as well!!!!!

Every candidate is in favor of some kind of genocide. Stein and West are in favor of vax-o-cide.

Peace!

RFK loves those Jews and the great pro Vaxx IOF. Enriched uranium a lot more deadly than clot shots.

He's not weighing in on his brothers in arms.

Stay healthy. Go to hormones matter.

Yesterday he reported that the Lebanese Council of the Chemists Syndicate in Lebanon had warned of the potential for depleted uranium contamination of the site where Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah was assassinated.

Depleted Uranium Bombs: Important Warning Statement Following the Aggression on Lebanon

The Council of the Chemists Syndicate in Lebanon condemned the "barbaric aggression against civilians in the country and the massacres committed against the Lebanese people."

Al-Majali indicated in a statement that his message today is "to condemn and raise awareness about the effects of inhaling the dust of the bombing that the southern suburbs of Beirut and the rest of the Lebanese regions are being subjected to. The extent of the destruction and the penetration of buildings and land for tens of meters is evidence of the use of bombs containing depleted uranium, which has tremendous penetrating power. The use of these types of internationally banned weapons, especially in the densely populated capital Beirut, leads to massive destruction, and their dust causes many diseases, especially when inhaled."

The Council of the Syndicate of Chemists in Lebanon calls on the international community to stop the aggression against Lebanon, stop the use of internationally banned bombs, and calls on the Lebanese state to file a lawsuit with the Security Council against the violations being practiced on our land and the mass killing attempt against innocent civilians in Lebanon.

The Council of the Syndicate of Chemists hopes that citizens "do not approach the areas exposed to this aggression within a radius exceeding two kilometers. It hopes that those forced to approach these areas will commit to wearing protective clothing for dust and wearing masks for chemical materials."

Yeah. Try to get the lo down on hfcs. GMO corn. Secretive process to cook and industrialize this stuff and the industrialized sweetner causes all sorts of childhood immune discombobulation issues. And therein starts the fatty liver and brain fog and arterial shredding and glandular hitting.

Sugar industrial drug dealers spend millions to attack sugar/soda pop tax referenda everywhere.
