PRESIDENTIAL DISABILITY AND SUCCESSION – 25TH AMENDMENT
Section 1: In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President.
Section 2: Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice president who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses and Congress.
Section 3: Whenever the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that he is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, and until he transmits to them a written declaration to the contrary, such powers and duties shall be discharged by the Vice President as Acting President.
Section 4: Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.
Observing this was a little frightening, especially as a person ages, falls can be terminal and no joke.
Can the 25th Amendment Be Used to Remove an Ailing Joe Biden from Office?
Have you been following this substack lately? There has been a lot of speculation about whether President Joe Biden is mentally fit to lead the country. Some people claim that he shows signs of dementia, while others argue that he is simply aging and tired. Either way, there is a provision in the constitution that might offer a way to remove him from office if he is clearly unable to perform his duties: the 25th Amendment. In this blog post, we will explore how this amendment works and whether it could be used to oust Biden.
First of all, what is the 25th Amendment? It was ratified in 1967 as a response to concerns raised by the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. The amendment lays out a process for the vice president and cabinet members to declare the president "unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office." This can be done if the president is incapacitated due to physical or mental illness, for example. The vice president then becomes the acting president until the president recovers or is removed permanently.
So, how would this apply to Joe Biden? It's hard to say for sure, as we are not medical professionals and cannot diagnose him from afar. However, there are certainly reasons to be concerned (even Shillary recently gave us permission to be concerned about Biden’s obvious decline). Biden is the oldest president to ever join the rogue’s gallery, and he has faced alarm about his mental acuity throughout the campaign and since taking office. He has had several public gaffes and cognitive lapses, such as forgetting the name of his defense secretary and confusing Ukraine and Iraq—it’s almost like his decades-long crime spree is finally catching up to him. While some of these incidents could be chalked up to normal aging or stress, others are more troubling.
But does this mean that Biden is necessarily unfit to serve? I believe he was already very diminished during the 2020 campaign, and “Corona” saved his butt because he could limit public appearances and the amount of people attending, unlike Trump who was holding campaign events.
My opinion is the Sloppy Joe was unfit before, but many presidents have faced health issues while in office, from Lincoln’s depression to Woodrow Wilson’s stroke to Franklin D. Roosevelt's polio to Ronald Reagan's Alzheimer's and the assassination attempt.
Why do I think the 25th will more than likely NOT be invoked?
It's up to an entirely incompetent vice president and totally corrupt cabinet members to make the call based on their own assessment of Biden's fitness for duty. As all political discourse and action is primarily partisan, and not what’s good for the nation, or We the People, I am sure that even if Sloppy Joe went on the air, drooled for 20 minutes while sniffing a child’s hair and fondling Eva Longoria’s breasts, a Democrat regime would only invoke the 25th, if he had to go into the hospital and was unconscious for some time.
If they did decide to invoke the 25th Amendment, however, it would be a major political poopstorm. Removing a sitting president from power is no small matter, and it would likely be fiercely contested by Biden's supporters and opponents alike. Republicans might see it as a way to regain control of the White House, while Democrats might see it as a coup attempt. It would also raise questions about the role of age and health in politics, and whether we should have stricter requirements for presidential candidates to prove their fitness.
So, can the 25th Amendment be used to remove an ailing Joe Biden from office? In theory, yes. The amendment was specifically designed to address situations where the president is unable to perform his duties due to illness or injury. Whether or not Biden meets this standard is a not a matter of debate, to me, but it's clear that some people (other than us) are taking it seriously. Only time will tell how this dark time in our history will play out.
History of invoking the 25th amendment.
Ah, presidential scandals. It's like the American public was built to consume them and the mis-leaders are groomed to commit them. When it comes to Richard Nixon's presidency, boy, political junkies were well-rewarded. Watergate is just the tip of the iceberg. Nixon’s Veep, Agnew had to resign:
Reelected with Nixon in 1972, Agnew resigned on October 10, 1973, after the U.S. Justice Department uncovered widespread evidence of his political corruption, including allegations that his practice of accepting bribes had continued into his tenure as U.S. vice president. A la Sloppy Joe Biden.
Nixon and Agnew's sins were grave. Not only was Nixon knee-deep in the Watergate scandal, (he got caught) but Agnew was accused of taking bribes during his time as governor of Maryland and even into his vice presidency. It was pretty clear that neither of these guys should have been in charge of anything, let alone the United States of America. So, in a moment of rare self-awareness, they both resigned, (at different times Agnew: 10/73; Nixon: 8/74) paving the way for the successor to Agnew, Gerald Ford to ascend to the presidency. I believe Gerald Ford who was a long time political operative was chosen with the agreement that he would pardon Nixon after he resigned, which he did. All in all, we'd say that the 25th Amendment did us all a favor and we dodged a bullet, only to be facing a globalist firing squad, where, now, corporations and their humans have more wealth and influence than most nations.
Let's not forget that this hasn't been the only time the 25th Amendment has been invoked. When Reagan was shot in 1981, Vice President George H.W. Bush briefly became president under the 25th Amendment.
The 25th amendment was put in place to avoid having an incapacitated person in the Oval Office, but, like all reforms, there is no win-win when it comes to partisan political escapades in the U.S.
As cynical as I am, I am convinced that whomever is POTUS, there are shadowy, even more evil, figures really running things, so does it matter?

Like impeachment, this form of replacement can't work. It only replaces the bad P with the VP of the same party.
Parliamentary systems work better because they can remove a bad Prime Minister at any time with a snap election, and the opposition is always prepared to take over immediately with a Shadow Cabinet. We don't have any usable way of deposing a bad leader, and our fake opposition doesn't appoint its leader until just before the "election".
“As cynical as I am, I am convinced that whomever is POTUS, there are shadowy, even more evil, figures really running things, so does it matter?”
I agree with the premise, and ultimately I think it doesn’t matter. Maybe it’s better to have an incompetent person like Biden than an intelligent one like Obama. We used to speculate at work, if the CEO was replaced by a rock, which one would do a better job.
