Great list! I might add to this with :

Provoke peoples emotions but offer no solutions, make sure people feel powerless.

Tell only partial truths then make sure the ‘solution’ only goes through them.

Tell people we are winning....yeah team ....you can go home now....the big and important people have it all handled....don’t worry your pretty little heads......go back to sleep.

Push more divide and conquer narratives, stoke fear and rage at those who can’t see what we see.

Sometime last year I noticed a lot of shady behavior coming from the so called leaders in the covid policy resistance and made my own list to sort out what my intuition was telling me. That is part of my list above. Maybe at some point I will do a post about it.

A fantastic, biting article. I especially love its subheading: "A Top 10 List for Those Who Hate Top Ten Lists." Hard to argue with your points, Cindy.

You owe me $.75 for your use of a word I coined, namely "Demonrat."

To be clear, I despise both halves of the Uniparty.

Krystal Ball. I wrote a Substack a couple days ago about her shameless use of the "access interview" format to attack RFK Jr over "vaccines" without a shred of evidence, just non-stop accusations. Actually, I dropped this "Ball" when she immediately, and uncritically, began shilling for the Covid Regime in March 2020. Stephen Colbert. Once upon a Comedy Central time he had a funny satirical character, but now is the hackiest hack-shill for the Establishment out there. BLM's (Bureau of Land Management) another great example; that organization was bought out by the Ford Foundation in 2016. "DemonRat" Party's pitch perfect! Cheers!

Those are two good ones, but might I add Amy Goodman?

she is SUCH a disappointment. I used to watch Democracy Now all the time. I even wore the t-shirt, and had a bumper sticker, but I can't any longer. I think once you start lying, then everything you say becomes suspect.... so sad.

the worst.

She started her steep slide when Obama was elected.

The WORST shills are the antiwar "activists" like her shilling for war.

"You eat bugs while I pay other rich people to be able to fly hundreds of thousands of miles a year on my private jet.”

In our case, in Canada, we're paying a rich failed actor, failed educator (we won't get into why Lord Goodhair fled B.C.) to fly all over the globe in OUR taxpayer owned aircraft.

Grrr.

Fair statement. I picked that phrase up from another writer a couple years ago, referring to the cult-like behavior of many who fell for the propaganda around the Virus, buying Saint Fauci votive candles, that sort of thing. I've never gone into the weeds with the David Koresh compound, but Waco was obviously a disastrously mass murderous example of Federal tyranny under B Clinton. Thank you for the comment.

"Access" is an important word. It always works both ways. Leaders who get big enough to be heard by Deepstate end up working WITH Deepstate. Any organization big enough to be heard nationally has to go along with elite demands if it wants to stay big. Loans, Lawyers and Licenses require obedience.

Brilliant, Cindy! I went to a MoveOn meeting once in Houston, and man oh man, I saw quickly what a mistake that was!

Absolutely! I was on the Democracy Now! train for a couple years when they went Establishment-screwy with their Syria coverage, parroting State Department talking points on that Neo-con driven regime change war. I caught a clip of an episode (the YouTube algorithm auto-uploads DN! if I don't cut away quick enough) back in the Fall when Russia started its missile campaign against Ukraine in earnest after the Kerch Bridge attack (and Nord Stream sabotage), and I'm not in favor of missiling anyone anywhere at anytime, just to be clear, that's a nasty business, but that segment featured a 5-year old Ukrainian kid as its first on-the-ground correspondent, supporting the Narrative that Putin was targeting children's playgrounds all over Ukraine. I mean, Democracy Now! was doing straight up propaganda for whatever sick elites in the U$ are funding that conflict, and assuring that it drags on and on. Not too sure about Jeremy Scahill, who's still comfortably cashing checks at The Intercept. Do you know Abby Martin? It seems that she's been rather throttled on the YouTube the past couple of years...

I know Amy, Jeremy, and Abby. I think Amy and Jeremy have sold out, not sure about Abby. I know she got the jab and her twitter followers ratio'd her about it. (I saw on twitter). I love Abby as a person and when I met Jeremy, he was super-nice and mentioned Casey in his book Blackwater, which was a great book. Any is done.

The Covid Psy-Op broke a lot of brains, and relationships, on the Left. It was like we were all lockdowned back into Grade School, and Teacher Knows Best. I really don't like to apply purity, litmus tests, because that's usually a trap that inhibits sound reasoning. Some folks are obviously wrong human beings, like Dick/Liz Cheney, Condi/Hillary, that list is long. Unfortunately, too long. With the Covid stuff I tend to tread lightly with others who may have swallowed that hogwash whole hog, because any argument there is a dead end with a "Branch Covidian" (not my coinage, but the shoe fits, and I've worn some "used shoes" before, if only because they fit...). Good on Mr Scahill to mention your son in his "Blackwater" book; these things are important, while life goes shuffling anonymously by...Thank you for your comment, Todd

I don't like the term "Branch Covidian" because I don't think the Branch Davidians would go along with the extremism.

Move on.org was such a con. When Obama carried on Bush’s torch I just could not believe how dupped I was. Michael Moore was a shill for some un-named nation as well as Air America radio. The most naive thing was believing Feb 15 2003 was some kind of victory! Best day of my life.

Being a former union officer I want to add that many “good intentioned” labor leaders I met that came up from the rank and file were quickly transformed once they started making 6 figure paychecks with all-paid hotels, dinners, flights, and constant socializing... errrr... meeting with political figures.

It’s astonishing to see what changing work clothes for suits and ties does to someone.

Most (if not all) unions are just branches of the DNC. When the mandates happened, they all turned their backs on the workers and showed who they were truly loyal to: the authoritarian left.

See, there’s only one way we Teach: by example & hopefully with enthusiasm.

And, #NEARLY invariably #WeThePeople prefer to be led versus being commanded by a C.O., ordered by even M.D.s & their orderlies, or especially acceding to “an offer (we) cannot(!) refuse.”

The word “Freedom” is meaningless without viable choices/options. And, even ostensibly respectable “expert” authorities’ demands are off putting to most of us.
