“Bro, are you calling for me to meet you at the barricades, somewhere? Revolution? Because that’s what it will take to knock this behemoth out. Give the command, say the word, let’s do this thing.” ... I couldn't have said it better and I couldn't agree more, but "No", that NOT what Tucker is calling for... Unfortunately, I agree with you... wholeheartedly... "Because that's what it will take" to knock the buzzards off of this fucking shit wagon.

Yeah, I know that's not what he's calling for.

Unfortunately. Maybe some more very highly effective tweets? Or crumby reforms?

The truly tragic thing is, that no matter how much things change, how much they remain the same... We have, as the old saying goes, "a snowball's chance in hell" of changing our government's current direction or focus through the ballot box. Why? Because our government is owned, lock, stock and barrel by the non elected NGOs of the financial/corporate hierarchy that has established an Oligarchical Plutocracy... one that has become the Corporatocracy under which we are now subjected. The current state of political reality is such that the prevailing power structure's hold on the psyche of "America" will necessitate its absolute destruction by armed force in order to effect a demonstrated change... or.. we will need to wait for the current regime to implode under the weight of its own corruption... either way we're doomed to suffer a reconstruction that will boggle the rational mind.

Thank you! I have been complaining about tax-exempt NGOs power since PNAC.

Agreed, but more important than that is to realize that BRICS is the same thing. Right now they'll do well. If any of us are able to have grandchildren who will live more then 20 years those folks will see in 80 years the BRICS group collapse under the weight of the debts that they'll have taken on to protect what they thought they had and never realized that it was the same people who had really owned the USA who have always owned everything and will use power centers of their own creation the time of a human life.

I took the same exact path as you and I went to a meeting in Boston (you were there and Jill Stein was a guest speaker). I was a Bernie supporter until he chose to accept the rampant DNC cheating and until I read The Creature from Jekyll Island by G Edward Griffin and truly understood the nature of socialism (and not just corporate socialism). I made a cliché statement about Obama being the only president to be at war all 8 years of his presidency and you angrily pushed back. 😂. I don’t think you pushed back because you loved Obama or were defending him. I hated Tucker because he pushed the Iraq war but he was the only mainstream journalist pushing back on the convid shamdemic and so I actually started watching his show. People stuck in the cult of blue would attempt to discredit anything I said as Tucker regurgitation. It was impossible to convince anyone in the cult because I sounded like

Tocker.

Expand full comment

The only reason I could think that I "pushed back" was because Obama was NOT even close the only president to be at war for 8. years. They all were, except for a couple of dozen of years, the USA has been in an overt, or covert wars, then there was the slaughter of the native population. I didn't ever LOVE Obama, I loathe him, I was one of the only people who still protested when he was president.

It was horrifying to see the any form of protest evaporate when Obama became president. Thanks largely to YOU, there actually was an antiwar movement during the Bush years. I had a little bit of hope during that time. Then the Hope and Change guy came along.......

Carlson's words seem to be signals directed above our heads. I have a feeling he's making a program pitch to potential employers, not to the audience. "Here's what you can expect if you hire me."

We can hope ;^)

That was a great back and forth Cindy.

Invite him on the "Cindy Shoe"! (That was a typo but ... it works so... 😉)

He’s actually still on contract with Fox and will likely be released when they feel it necessary to do so. Technically, he hasn’t been fired, but just held hostage due to his contract, since he can’t really go anywhere in violation of the terms of his deal with them. Evidently, the actor could just be playing into the drama of life’s theatrics since he hails from a CIA family. All of this could just be another psychological operation brought to us from Langley.

Tucker’s father was part of the propaganda machine… like father like son.

I wanted to be a journalist in junior year of High School, and took courses towards that youthful idealistic goal. I think most American journalists start out starry-eyed and then they end up having a boss in the propaganda machine/pHARMa controlled USA Media. A few of the ones that are cut loose from their propaganda machine (either through resignation or firing) go on to become independent journalists, like Sharyl Attkisson and Ben Swann. Hopefully Tucker Carlson finds his path independently too

You shall know them by their fruits. 👹

Excellent dialog, Cindy.

I've never watched Tucker (don't watch TV) and didn't read his speech. Now, I don't have to. I agree with your positions and commentary wholeheartedly.

Expand full comment

And "dialog" is the operative word for Cindy and Tucker ... they both actually allow it!

Yet ironically they both get censored

Clever work here Cindy. The short satire you created through dialogue could be a skit on The Cindy Friday Night Live show. Who would play Cindy and who would be Tucker? There’s potential in this. You see that right? Try a Biden or Trump back and forth. Or anyone whose speech moves you to parody. I’ll produce. Billie M can direct.

Perhaps Tucker senses that the combo of Bernie-Biden FLOP (FeebleLumpsOfPoop) beckon him to run for POTUS. If Tucker chose AOC for a running mate, then he could have a chance to win...

I loved that annotated version of Tucker Carlson's speech. I have liked a lot of what he has said recently, but to get where he was and is he has to be controlled opposition.
