My Boss got me Health Insurance, which I discontinued after a couple of months. I was having some sort of health issue, so I got a physical from a Doctor in a motorized wheelchair. Then came the Stress Test, which the Insurance initially refused to pay for as they determined it was not "medically necessary." Well, lo and behold the greedy bastards of our Sick-Care Industry decided it was OK after all. When I got the $12,000 bill a month later (for an hour long tour of medical uselessness) I understood why the unapproved procedure was magically approved, with no explanation. By the way, to anyone out there, the Stress Test is total bullshit, and is more likely to trigger a heart-attack than detect signs that you are heart-attack prone. I understand that some medical professionals will object to that statement; it's Big Business, after all. The Insurance covered $7000, and I refused to pay the rest for this stupid and pointless procedure. Cutting processed foods out of one's diet, as you correctly highlight, is the principal step to better Health. It was so telling during Covid that Fauci never mentioned this most obvious thing, and also acted like no one has an Immune System, among other fraudulences. Ukraine and now Israel has bailed Saint Anthony Falsie out.
