This proxy war was provoked by the U.S./NATO with the intent of breaking up Russia.

I support this open letter!

I obviously agree with you, Cindy. The more I write about history, the more I realize that the anti-war movement of the '60s was really the only time large numbers of Americans opposed war. Was that because they didn't want to be drafted?

and it was when the ruling pukes decided they needed to do everything they could do to stop this opposition: purchase the media, end the draft, attack and infiltrate antiwar forces, etc

Yes. It is also why information was easier to spread without the internet. Even stop signs had "war" painted beneath the word STOP. And everyone was doing the two fingered peace sign

There was a huge anti war movement for world war 1. Most Americans didn’t want to get involved in a European war. They really churned up the propaganda to get us into that one, lots of evidence that we gave the Germans conflicting information, so the Germans accidentally sank the Lusitania, thinking it was a transport bringing guns and bombs into Europe.

And one of the leaders of that movement was sentenced to 10 years in prison

There was, for a brief period of time. I covered this extensively in my book "Crimes and Cover-Ups in American Politics: 1776-1963," which features a Foreword by Ron Paul. But the Wilson administration cracked down on Eugene Debs and the other protesters, throwing them in prison. The Supreme Court, in a decision written by "liberal" Oliver Wendell Holmes, ruled that Wilson was justified in doing so, and first used the term "yelling fire in a crowded theater." However you look at it, the WWI protesters were not yelling fire in a crowded theater.

Thanks, Cindy...I listen to these daily reports from the warfront on The Duran, and an unknown tragedy to Americans is the fact that in this U.S./NATO war its the Ukrainians who are paying the largest price in manpower. According to reports that I've heard, at least 60,000 Ukrainian men have been killed in this brutal war, and that doesn't even include the wounded--which is many more. I've seen a protest by the women there, who say that those who have planned and funded this war are willing to fight "until the last Ukrainian."

Great initiative, Cindy! I will gladly sign! Thanks again for your leadership on war vs peace. In order to have peace, we must have justice. But the precondition for justice is truth, and its precondition is honor. So let us press hard for honor to prevail. It seems to be forgotten as a treasured value. Jon

Yet another in the ongoing never-ending U.S. crimes against humanity and wars of aggression, albeit a proxy war. This time, however, the U.S. has chosen an enemy that is armed with huge numbers of nuclear weapons. All of humanity is being threatened. The insanity must be stopped.

There are many U.S. troops in Ukraine and there are some in Poland at at Ramstein AFB directing the warfare. Since the U.S pretty much runs and funds NATO, not so much of a "proxy" war, but, crime against humanity, indeed.
