Enjoy the absurdity of all of it and keep in mind that people are seeing this.
Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Bush, Obama were the lullaby that kept people asleep while the country was ransacked.
I find it nuts that they put an already senile guy and this idiot as VP during a hard time of COVID.... Almost like they expected COVID to seal the deal on people?
thanks for the laugh, Cindy. good luck with that unbelievable (for California) heat! Actually, that number would be unusual for the midwest even.... going for my walk...
I live in the Sacto Valley---the first summer we lived here (moved from more temperate LA County) it got up to 118 one day in Napa when we unfortunately decided to go sight-seeing. It regularly gets over 100 in the summer, but 111 is kind of extreme. LOL....we'll live unless there's a wildfire, or PGE cuts off our power to prevent wildfires. Hope your walk was good. I had a nice one. It felt great at 5:30.
May the Fourth be with you--except it's July. Biden's been all but cashiered, and the prospects of Kamala giggling her way to victory in November are scant to non-existent. Trump is the perfect (imperfect) Puppet for the System, although we might wind up with a Kennedy skippering the US Titanic, as everyone rearranges the deck chairs.
So glad you are sharing that famous Frederick Douglass 'What to a Slave is The Fourth of July' speech, brilliant! He is one of my all-time heroes.
Stay cool!
Happy Co-Dependence Day! Good way of thinking about it!

Good thing that didn't happen 😂.
For Kamala Harris, AI = Articulative Inelegance
Word salad is meant to be tossed
The light switch flips up and down uselessly like the lips of the president.
