Hi Cindy I don't know how I came upon your substack newsletter but I must tell you how much I enjoyed listening to WLRN for the first time ever. You were right - it was well worth it. I really loved and admired your contribution. I completely agree with your 'extremist' view. The whole thing made so much sense to me. Why is this such a rare experience? Possibly I still am a feminist. I sometimes feel i dont belong with them any more. Thank you so much.

New poll in Israel. Only 1.8 percent of Jews, boys and girls, think IDF and others are using too much force. So, all those feminists in Jewish State of Israel.... 98 percent ... Want MORE. Bombing.

Do you get it yet? Israel is hell ....

Oh, war against nature. War against ecology. Against the Grain .... Be one with Ishmael:

Why “Mother” Culture?

Culture is a mother everywhere and at every time, because culture is inherently a nurturer—the nurturer of human societies and lifestyles. Among Leaver peoples, Mother Culture explains and preserves a lifestyle that is healthy and self-sustaining. Among Taker peoples she explains and preserves a lifestyle that has proven to be unhealthy and self-destructive.

If culture is a mother among the Alawa of Australia and the Bushmen of Africa and the Kayapo of Brazil, then why wouldn’t she be a mother among the Takers? (To confirm the notion that “culture is a mother everywhere,” check foreign language dictionaries for the word CULTURE. In languages that recognize “masculine” and “feminine” nouns—French, Italian, Latin, and so on—the noun CULTURE is invariably feminine.)

In this provocative, wide-ranging book, Against the Grain, Richard Manning offers a dramatically revisionist view of recent human evolution, beginning with the vast increase in brain size that set us apart from our primate relatives and brought an accompanying increase in our need for nourishment. For 290,000 years, we managed to meet that need as hunter-gatherers, a state in which Manning believes we were at our most human: at our smartest, strongest, most sensually alive. But our reliance on food made a secure supply deeply attractive, and eventually we embarked upon the agricultural experiment that has been the history of our past 10,000 years.

The evolutionary road is littered with failed experiments, however, and Manning suggests that agriculture as we have practiced it runs against both our grain and nature's. Drawing on the work of anthropologists, biologists, archaeologists, and philosophers, along with his own travels, he argues that not only our ecological ills-overpopulation, erosion, pollution-but our social and emotional malaise are rooted in the devil's bargain we made in our not-so-distant past. And he offers personal, achievable ways we might re-contour the path we have taken to resurrect what is most sustainable and sustaining in our own nature and the planet's.

Sorry, Cindy -- It Is The Jewish State of Israel. And, it has ALWAYS been Zionist, so ALL people who legitimize it through $, love, travel, colonizing, and who call it their mother ship, those people are ZIonists. Most Jews are SUPPORTERS of the JEWISH state of Israel. So, be careful how these words are bandied about.

Now? Well, you can't be anti-Israel or anti-Zionist, per laws all over the fucking White Race TrashLandias.

Now, I know many Jews who are against USA policies, writ large, but do not use that fucking broad stroke for the JEWISH (ZIONIST) STATE of ISRAEL.
