Processed foods are essential to the "Sickcare System." This was a massive lacuna during the Covid Regime, that our all-knowing Public Health officials did not, dared not, advise folks to cut some things out of their diet--especially processed foods. High Fructose Corn Syrup--kind of crazy when you think about it.
Thank you for your comment. I think the "Turning" is happening, but it's going to take a moment, or two, or three. Gaza is blowing my brains out, just saying. I feel like I'm back in a Joseph Conrad novel, "The horror! The horror!" "Mistah Kurtz, he dead." Well, Mistah Kurtz is taking a long time dying, and the sooner the better on that score; "Not soon enough!" are all of the Headlines in the Total Propaganda Network News. Mistah Kurtz is indeed dead, but it's going to take a few Headlines to sort out the details, the obituary. Hopefully this response makes sense, as obviously it goes all over the map...
When they sent migrants to MV, the residents fed them Froot Loops. Then they had the National Guard escort them off their exclusive, posh resort. "Great, but not near me" was the disgusting mantra!
I deleted a freshly-posted reply to you upthread because I didn't realize that Jack had responded, but I may as well re-post it here:
I found this Reddit link (the best choice on short notice) of an "X" post reporting that immigrants shipped to affluent Martha's Vineyard by Florida governor DeSantis were given (or offered) "Crisp Rice" (generic-brand Rice Krispies).
FWIW, there's lots of fault to find in every phase of the current migrant crisis, but I think it's an, er, cheap shot to jeer and sneer at Martha's Vineyard volunteers for purchasing what a friend used to call "El Cheapo Deluxe" generic-brand food on short notice.
My impression is that good-hearted local volunteers, not necessarily filthy rich elitists, were trying to provide decent food on short notice to remedy an emergency situation. This may seem like the ironic and deplorable flip side of the aristocratic "let them eat cake" attitude, but I think it's an overreach. 🤨 🥣
I grew up with 11 brothers and sisters and once in awhile, if my dad was working late, my dear mother would let us have cereal for dinner! We loved it....
wow! uncanny! I was just thinking the other day about buying a box of cereal for an occasional treat in the evening..... scratch that! thanks so much, Cindy. I've always avoided it in the past due to high cost, instead making my own out of grains and fruit and nuts. Now I'll avoid for health reasons.
I'm beginning to think this country run by greedy psychopathic capitalists without even a smidge of conscience is beyond redemption on any level. So depressing. But thanks for sharing. I don't eat any "cereal"... Even stopped feeding birds because I figured the 'birdseed' was poisoning them... even wonder now if the "organic" label is totally a lie in this country? Once read an article in the New Yorker that said people with gluten allergies to bread didn't have the allergy in France (US uses glyphosate to harvest wheat; France does not) - but also read recently that evil Macron wants to 'loosen up on pesticide restrictions" in France... for the farmers... as I said, beyond redemption. If there is money to be made anything goes in the USA.
I prefer Froot Loops, the official "Meal for Migrants" on Martha's Vineyard!
Explain, please

Totally insane from our point of view, but makes perfect sense from theirs....

"beginning"???
beginning to think it is beyond redemption on any level...
It's so sad. I used to love Raisin Bran and my kids liked Fruit Loops when they were little. I haven't had cereal since I learned about glyphosate..
Yep. Quaker Oats and Cheerios have been poisoning people for years. Only eat organic oats...
I had suggested Bob's Red Mill oats on another post, earlier.
I will look for some, for next purchase, unfortunately I will have to finish these first, too poor to throw away "edible" food.
That's my brand!
I read that he died recently and left the company to the employees!
Yes me too
Quaker Oats, sigh I love oatmeal boiled with milk in the morning, just bought a big container.
