From the time we are old enough to wave a flag at the yearly Memorial Day Parade, we have been conditioned here in the U.S. to believe that the “right to vote” is the cornerstone of “democracy.” Yet that very right is continually under threat in the U.S.
The recent decision by the Colorado Supreme Court to ban Donald Trump from running in the state's primary is a prime example of the undemocratic and unconstitutional nature of the American political system. This decision disenfranchises voters, violates the First Amendment, and sets a dangerous precedent that undermines the very foundations of democracy in the USA. In this blog post, we will explore the issues at hand and analyze the threat that the Colorado Supreme Court poses to democracy.

If we allow courts to ban candidates based on their political beliefs, we open the door to even more egregious violations of our rights in the future.
Finally, the recent events at the Capitol on January 6, 2021, have been widely mischaracterized by the media and politicians alike. The protest was not an insurrection, but rather a peaceful demonstration against what many feel was a rigged election. Despite the false narrative being pushed by the mainstream media, the vast majority of Trump supporters are law-abiding citizens who simply want fair and honest elections. It is deeply concerning that these voices are being silenced and that their right to political expression is under attack. Why are few concerned about Genocide Joe supporters?
Furthermore: this move should be another RED FLAG to Booby Kennedy’s campaign. I predict that he is not getting on enough ballots to even make a dent, but, along with this bad move by Colorado, his campaign could be used by the corrupt DNC to help Genocide Joe (or whomever else may be on the Dem ticket). For example, in swing states, Booby’s candidacy could be used to steal votes from Trump. I’ll be watching very carefully how the campaign does in each state.
In conclusion, the decision by the Colorado Supreme Court to ban Donald Trump from running in the state's primary is a clear violation of the First Amendment and a threat to democracy in the USA. This decision sets a dangerous precedent that could lead to further restrictions on free speech and political expression. It is vital that we stand up for the rights of all voters, regardless of our political affiliation. THE CORRECT TAKE:
The Party that is going to protect our make believe democracy has refused their voters a real Primary, only allowing Biden on the ballot in one State, is trying to jail Trump before the election and has kicked him off the ballot in another State.

Trump Derangement Syndrome LIVES! I refuse to even mention his name anymore with anyone face to face...why? Irrational personal projections mostly from men and women with daddy issues. Trump is a crook and a con man, there is little doubt about that. But then WHAT politician who has any chance of gaining office IS NOT? Trump is the sacrificial lamb for libs. Welcome to America. There hasn’t been a real election in America since Eisenhower. (And I ain’t so sure about him.) Kennedy had to win with the “help” of the mafia and you see how that turned out. I kick myself every “election” day for being so stupid as to think my vote EVER made a difference. It took George Carlin to pound some sense into my head. “Election” day is laundry day for me. At least I get something accomplished.
