So true. This post made me jog my memory to recall there were 12 Aesop’s fables/animals. The one I always heard the most was the boy who cried wolf and also the ant and the grasshopper.
The evil ones constantly preach kindness. Our Bloomberg-driven mayor, while imprisoning and waterboarding the entire city for a year, told us to be kind to each other. She really meant "be kind to the torturers". Fuck that.
Once on a time a report came to s am of biologists that a strange animal that was called a walrus existed somewhere far away. At first they dismissed it as fantasy and ignored it. But as more such claims came in, they decided to send out an expedition to find out if such an animal was real, since no one had seen on in the areas surrounding the major cities of the world.
"We will go to the far ends of the ear in this quest, for a full month," they declared publicly. We will send out three teams; one to the deep Amazon forest, another to the Sahara desert, and a third to the interior of Siberia." In each case, not only did they fail to find a walrus, but the residents of those remote places, when interviewed, asserted emphatically that they also had never seen such an animal.
Accordingly after return, the team of biologists issued a press release. We have conducted a thorough search across the world and have concluded that no such animal exists. It is only a conspiracy theory. Anyone who now claims to have seen one will be declared to be promoting misinformation and will be deplatformed on any medium of communication.
OK please do not delete until this one posts. Here is a cleaned up version. I apologize for the typos. I was too eager to post and was careless.

"Don't vote for vipers."
Yes, the story is as old as time itself. Serpents have been promising one thing, then delivering the opposite ever since the Garden of Eden.

Thanks again for speaking truth to power.

I can't edit other posts besides my own. I can delete it, though.
